The color challenge colors this week did seem challenging to me. Putting Mint Macaron and Old Olive together seemed unsettling and then when I added Calypso Coral to the mix it seemed overly bright, but I am pleased with how this card turned out.
I bought this Beauty Abounds set because I love the âbubbleâ stamp in it. It worked beautifully here to combine the two green shades in a way that did not have them fighting one another. The butterflies create wonderful pops of color in Calypso Coral. I even managed a wee bit of DSP.
I am looking forward to seeing how everyone else uses these colors.

Love the bubble background that kept the greens more subtle and allowed the butterflies to be the main focus, and the strip of dsp is the perfect touch!

Your bubbles look pretty together Kathy, and your designer paper looks nice too. I found these colors challenging and then having to create some designer paper even more challenging. I guess that's what it's all about.

You did a great job overcoming your initial reluctance with these colors. I love the bubbles in both green shades and the beautiful butterflies. A really lovely card!

This is so lovely! I am also struggling with the mint plus olive. But I am determined to try! The coral in your butterflies is perfect... The bubbles are so much fun. I just added this set to my wish list!
