New nephew born this week and I needed a baby card to send with his gift. I have been on a using-up-scraps tear and decided to make a quilt card so broke out my 1â punch and got to it. The color scheme was inspired by the striped paper and it went from there. I love the look that using an embossing folder over paper quilting gives and the particular folder has a lovely quilty look. I was going to do a stamped image to go on top but had a quick look through my stickers and found this perfectly matching elephant sticker so I added it, stamped the sentiment inside and voila!
Really pleased with how this one turned out!
Thanks for looking!

Cute!! Love the baby quilt idea. I am using up scraps, too. Feels great! Nice arrangement of colors and patterns. I like the embossing over the panel. Terrific elephant. Excellent baby card. Keep on using your scraps to make cute cards like this one. TFS
