This is for the WT Challenge - Marbled Books & this week's Tea Party Challenge which is for Sandy, the MIL of SCS Chris. I have chosen these colours as they are Sandy's favourites.
For the WT Challenge Sabrina asked us to feature books and/or marbled technique. I have inked up my newly purchased marble bg stamp in Mossy Meadow. I then sponged over this in Peach Parfait ink. I stamped the daisies and coloured using SU marker pens and fussy cut. Added stickles to their centres. I chose the quote by Charles Dickens as a reference to the book component in the challenge.
TFL!

Sue, you've made such a beautiful card for Sandy. I love the peach color and that marbled bg stamp is super...makes me want one.

Your marbled back is really beautiful, Sue. The deep green reminds me of the traditional Connemara marble from the West of Ireland. Love the look of the sheer ribbon over it.
