Another weekend of making "same but different" cards. This time around it is anniversary cards. I decided to use this cute conversation heart die from Lawn Fawn as my focal image. I purchased this before Valentines day but never got around to using until now.
Cut panel of Bazzill Diamond Bling cardstock, just slightly smaller than card base. Die cut heart twice - once from the Bazzill and once from the glitter card stock. Used the inlay technique to inlay my heart and XOXO.
Created several narrow frames using MFT In&Out Stitched Square dies. (3 white for outermost frame, 1 black for center frame and 1 for innermost frame).
Cut 4.25" square grey panel and adhered to card base. Cut filler layer for behind diamond Bazzill panel to create dimension. Assembled card.
Note: While you can't see it, I actually debossed the diamond Bazzill panel - mostly because I was envisioning this card without frames. But this helped me to position the frames when I changed my mind.
Best thing about both these cards? All the focal image stuff was made with leftover scraps from my scrap boxes.
Entering in the CAS Challenge for this week.

A great combo of colors and that bling cardstock is yummy. Beautiful creation, Debbie. Oh, and way to use some scraps.
