For inspiration, I went to Pinterest and looked up pond art. Believe it or not, there were a bunch of preschool/Kindergarten ideas and they were so cute, I had to do something like them. Brusho background (letting the color run down one direction), circle and and oval dies for the lily pads, painted them and added some veins in black and green, cut a slit, made lilies out of tissue paper, remembered I had Monsieur Monet, colored him, added his quotation. This was a lot of fun. Lots of media used!

This is brilliant Jean! Leave it to you to have a Monet stamp...and I have to say those lily pads are amazing! The bg is quintessential Monet with those colors and the watery look. Very creative!

Love, love, love. As someone who has spent several hours sitting beside Monet's lily pond I can tell you you've done a great job in capturing the tranquility that I find there (even with all the other visitors). As well as your Brusho work I really like those lily pads.
