I made another "Not Jen" card that I actually like. I am on a roll this week. I do love to try new techniques, so I went with the Microbeaded Images. And this SU stamp set that was coming up on my "never used" list was just perfect for it. I inked up the flowers in Antique Linen DOX ink and spritzed with water and stamped a nice background. Then I added the centers to the microbeads. The sketch that I chose had a kind of thick frame around that panel and I decided that it would look better if I just sponged the Antique Linen on white paper instead of trying to match up a color. So I sponged and splattered. And then I stamped (again with the Antique Linen) some script for some added interest. I finished up with two things that I bought at the dollar store the other night. I stopped in to see what they had for cups that I could personalize for my friend's bachelorette party and walked out with butterfly die cuts, raffia and ribbon. Yeah, like I needed any of it. I clearly have a shopping problem. LOL!

Oh goodness, I never even thought of microbeads and I do like using them. They make fab flower centres here, especially with the rustic feel of the raffia bow.

I love microbeads, but they end up EVERYWHERE! Love those butters and the raffia bow!
