I wanted to say thanks to a couple of ladies who helped me out the day I found my puppy, so I thought this would be a fun way to do so. I stamped a (non-SU) stamp that featured a row of dogs, chalked it and cut it out, and adhered it to a background (in this case, just a white sheet of cardstock). I placed a same-sized sheet of transparency over that (ohhh, glass for the window!), and framed it with strips of paper that were the same color as the "house"/rest of the card. I cut a couple of pieces of fabric, adhered them across the top and a little on the sides, and tied them back with embroidery floss. Finish by using whatever sentiment you wish at the bottom.

We're not sure what kind of dog she is, but we think she might have a little bit of Lab and German Shepherd in there somewhere. She's adjusting pretty well, although she definitely does not like baths! :-)
