I had made a few random backgrounds with the Brusho colors that didn't really wow me, so I decided to use some landscape/nature colors and ended up with colors that resembled an abstract sunset. I used a paintbrush to manipulate the green a little taller to resemble trees behind the cityscape silhouette. I used a shorter mat layer so the base of the silhouette wouldn't get absorbed into the frame.

Julie, that's beautiful! The skyline silhouette looks fab against the rich, vibrant background. Nice to see the colours listed. I always find the reds hard to use.
