At our house we have caught a virus that is working itself through the household and lingering FOREVER! Our cat is sick and a gorgeous male Rose-breasted Grosbeak smacked hard into our window, knocking himself out today. Needless to say, I have been distracted! I know you all are wondering about the precious bird. We watched from inside while the bird regained his senses and he flew off. Hopefully, he is ok; we sure love watching him at the feeder!
So here is my card after all the distractions AND having to totally redo it because the balance was off.
I hope you will join us for the Christmas Fan Club Challenge.
Thank you so much, Diane for a lovely sketch!

Fantastic Christmas card! How fun to bring the tree home with a VW bug. Lovely coloring, such a pretty and fresh Christmas card. I really like the touch of gingham ribbon!

What a day you had! I'm sorry you're all sick...poor birdy. I so love watching the birds at my feeder. Fun card, always love VW bugs. I should probably redo my card too, I think I tried too hard and have too much going on.

Lovely, Angie!
Oh how I hate it when those poor birdies take a digger. Thank you for keeping an eye on him - many folks don't realize that if the bird tips over, his chances of dying increase dramatically, and simply keeping watch and helping them stay upright can save their lives!
Sorry to hear about your sick kitty - I sure hope that illness leaves your household soon!

Ah, Angie, I'm so sorry that you are all sick (or shall I say have the "bug"). So glad to hear that the bird is okay. That's horrible. But I do LOVE this sweet Christmas card. I've been MIA with this year's challenge, and I don't know when I'll get back. But I hope so. In the meantime, thanks for sharing such a sweet card and inspiring me to push on! Hugs and love, sweet friend, and feel better! xoxo
