Oh, you've got that cute stamp set! It always makes me think of the Richard Scarry critters. The bright colors and patterned paper are perfect with this happy guy!

He looks like he knows how to step off for a parade. I never loved balloons, because they might pop and make a very loud, sudden noise...I know, I'm a wimp. He looks ready for fun.

Gosh, I thought at first that was a Richard Scarry image. Maybe it's just the fun primary colours you used for his outfit. Sure made me smile (carefully, still a little numb from the dentist).

Neat foxy guy, all dressed and with balloon in hand ready for a fun parade. I like how you have the balloon outside the main pic like that and how you layered the fun colorful bgs that even match his outfit......made for a wonderful card....thanks so much for joining this fun parade, and yes one can not say no to a balloon....:0)
