I did a bokeh card, but not watercolor. I dabbed my daubers into the different inks and swirled onto bristol paper. I used white ink as my final layer and after it dried, I stamped the sentiment.
Also using for the letter H in Happy Birthday.

Oh, it doesn't need to be watercolour, that was just the tutorial I linked. For the purposes of the challenge, once you've used white ink you're good. The first bokeh tutorial I tried was one of Lydia's for, maybe a MIX challenge, I think - and it wasn't watercolour either. This is such a happy card, Kathy. Full of birthday fun and cheer.
