Hello there. This is late with new furbaby, one is either "busy" or too tired to craft a lot...lol....there is nothing pups wont try to chew...whew....lol, she even gets into crafting....well all the papers anyways...but hopefully a good cheer up for a fellow SCSer. Caterina...come and join us. We are bringing a bunch of flowers, so I had some freinds here that wanted to bring her some too. I also had to join this challenge with teh featured stamper as it is another fellow SCSer....Catherine....which I so many times had a great gallery tour. so many fun ones to choose from, but finally decided to follow along this idea...DTGD17dini Chicky Cheer by cdimick at Splitcoaststampers
It is out of my comfort zone as I hardly use more then one or 2 colored papers, hardley figure which ones to use together, so this was fun to work with that as well as use some scraps too. I was going by memory of the design and forgot to layer it up so did the papers to the edge of card instead. but was fun to try, will do this again...
Thanks for the visit.

This is so pretty, Wendy! Your papers are soft and spring like, beautiful! Lovely lacy die cut for your adorable focal image too. What a lovely card, thank you for your kind words.

Great use of patterned papers, I especially like the one at the top with the cute little bees. The bird and the bunny are certainly saying it with flowers...what a sweet image.
We had a rescue pup who chewed everything for a while, and they have such sharp teeth! I hope she grows out of it soon.

Aww Sis Wendy such a adorable creation. Wish I had good flair for using DSP I’m horrible at it that’s why I’m glad I learned a lot of making my own bkgs

I love your papers. That looks like a Mary Englebreit one at the top. That is such a sweet bunny and bird image. I like the rectangle die surrounding the image too!

Oh my goodness, this is just as sweet as sweet can be! I adore this image panel and how you placed it in this fancy die cut rectangle so it stands out against all these wonderful dsp strips. This is indeed a fabulous way to use scraps and looks amazing too! Caterina will love this card and it is fun to see how you were inspired by Catherine's fun inspiration card. ~Karen.
