I made another background with the DO inks sitting on my desk - Bundled Sage, Tumbled Glass, Wild Honey.
I had decided my horse for the F4A challenge would be a horse of a different color. I gave him some coral to cling to and added a large shell with the coral. Then I brushed some iridescent medium onto the coral stamp over the original coral but offset a bit so not to cover the coral color. I scrubbed some iridescent medium across most of the BG very lightly to give the entire card some shine. But of course the only place you can see the shine in the photo is in the coral and it shows up as white in the pic.

Great bg and I like your choice if a sea horse for the F4A...ha! That iridescent medium is cool stuff but hard to see in a photo. I bet it's really pretty over the whole bg.
