I thought the color challenge would work nicely. The only paper I have in either of these colors is this pretty frosted one. I am almost out of Very Vanilla but managed to find one card base and a few panels. I love a craft room treasure hunt! I used markers directly to the stamp, huffed on it and stamped; repeated on a second panel. The lighter one will go inside the card. On the main panel, I used a blender pen to draw some color into the flower. Then I stamped a HB in the corner. I am not sure what kind of flowers is represented with this image, but it could be climbing roses. Right?
My card was definitely inspired by Diana with the following changes: different colors & papers and sentiment, no twine, changed pearls to gems. I used an A2 size in landscape orientation and kept it simple and easy to mail.
Thank you Diana for sharing your cards with us and inspiring mine today! Thank you for looking!

Diane, this is so gorgeous my friend! I love how you took an older stamp set and made it new and modern with this beautiful card design and the glorious red and green colors. This is just beautiful! ~Karen.

Another lovely card! You're so good at the details. I don't think to use a blender pen to pull color into white sections like that. I often learn things I want to try from your cards! And you have a really good eye for placing crystals or other sparkly things on your cards!
