So happy to play along. I had recently bought this stamp and it's just perfect for this challenge.
I used a piece of watercolour tissue paper from my stash for the background. It was made a while ago, so not sure about the colours, but definitely red, brown and yellow. Glued the tissue to a piece of card stock for stability. Stamped the silhouette stamp in black and popped it up on my card base for a little dimension. Sentiment is stamped in black to finish.

Gorgeous sunset for the African scene - so vibrant. Love the tissue paper technique you used. Also love the elephants - the black silhouette is so striking. And a great sentiment too. Thanks so much for making a card for my challenge!
