For the IC challenge. I got my inspiration from this: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I embossed the large swirl first in white ep., then sponged on some stormy sky, stamped various snowflakes in brocade blue and added a few rhinestones. This was fairly fast and easy to do. tfl

I love your swirling snow...really does look like a blizzard. Such a pretty card and the blizzard gives me chills.
