For the sketch challenge this week. Sponged all edges. The sentiment is all one stamp, so first I used versamark pen on the stars and heat embossed in the yellow, then cleaned it off and used night of navy marker for the sentiment. I used the t. turquoise marker to draw in a few waves. Sponged ink on the e.f. Used deckle scissors on the added dp piece on the sentiment panel. Decided to do this after I had put dimensionals on it, so I used the ball point tip glue pen to run a narrow edge along the top of the dp. to glue it under the banner. tfl

What a truly wonderful nautical card this is Shirl. Your two-tones sentiment is really fabulous and complements the theme of this card beautifully. I thought I saw some deckle edge trim on the sentiment panel, and sure enough, it is! Fun! This sailboat designer paper is fabulous and so is the inking your did on the embossed piece that draws your eye right to this really wonderful sail boat image. The colorful brads are the perfect finishing touch on this delightful card Shirl. ~Karen.
