Congratulations to Angie (STAMPINHAPPY) who is out Featured Stamper today - There are many beautiful cards in her gallery I would like to CASE - but for today - I chose her Poppies card.
I used a different poppy stamp and framed it with a die cut. This poppy stamp has two pieces - the outline stamp and the image stamp. I put the image stamp in my stamp platform and colored the pieces using Ranger Distress Markers in Festive Berries, Forest Moss and Gathered Twigs. I spritzed the stamp with water and pressed it onto a panel of watercolor paper.
I dried the panel with my heat tool and then lined up the outline stamp over the colors, inked the stamp in black and stamped over the image.
I die cut the panel using a pierced rectangle and layered it all over a white card base - popping the outside frame piece on foam dots.
