As soon as I read about today's F4A Challenge - My Favourite TV Show my thoughts went straight to Downton Abbey - even though it finished a year or so ago! I also love making vintage style cards.
I printed this lovely image onto shimmery c/s, die cut and adhered to a larger panel of the shimmery c/s. Combined 2 different dps from the same Kaisercraft set and added the cream lace. Popped up the image panel, using dimensionals. Added the punched and stamped sentiment and the pearls.

you must have a laser printer to be able to print on shimmery paper. lovely image. i hate to say this, but i didn't watch it. i tried, because it was right up my alley, but after a few episodes, I disliked most of the characters and gave up. Everyone says i'm nuts and i need to try again, which i will. Excited about the movie, right? Super vintage card!

What a beautiful image for this lovely card. I never watched this program, although my DD did, faithfully. I have a lot of trouble understanding English accents, so I guess that's why I skipped it.
