A big congrats to Sharon, the newest Featured Stamper (FS633)! Sharon has an absolutely wonderful gallery & sheâs such a sweet lady. I chose THIS card to case. I kept the cute dinosaur theme but used different images & dies, turned mine horizontal & made it a birthday card.
For my old dino birthday card, after coloring & die cutting all the images, I used a deckled rectangle die & deckled hills dies to cut the white front & little hills. The edges were sponged w/ Distress inks & the greeting added to a stitched cloud.
Thanks so much for looking, Copic colors & product links are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Oh, I love it! It is so cute. I love the 3-D look that you achieved with the die cut dinasours on your scene, and the torn edges. Thank you for your kind comments and for honoring me with this special card.

Oh goodness, I just had to chuckle out loud with this one. You chose one of my all-time favorite cards that Sharon created and made this super charming and delightful card so now I have another favorite card to admire. Your fabulously sponged rugged edges draws the eye right to these beautifully colored dinosaurs and trees and this terrific sentiment too. How fun! ~Karen.
Julie, you have such a talent at making coordinating stamps and die cuts come to life. This precious dino scene popped off the screen even in thumbnail size. I always recognize your gorgeous work without looking at the username. I love this!

'That joke is so old, I just fell off my dinosaur.' The dinosaurs made me think of that saying. Fun dinos, wonderful coloring, like all the white space. Yesterday my granddaughter showed me this little yellow dinosaur she got out of a gumball machine. She was holding him up to her cheek, saying how cute he was. Turns out when he appeared after she put the money in, she cried because she didn't really want him. Then she lost him and when she found him, then she was happier. Oh me oh my.
