I have a particular Spellbinder frame die I use a lot (ie. Hogwarts for "grown-ups" # and then I'm left with this beautiful scrolled background which I never seem to use. Sooo I gave myself a challenge to use up all 16 leftover shapes...they are all really nice thick shimmer paper and I don't want to waste them. I will be posting many more cards over the next few weeks.
I am also trying to keep control of my craft spending so when I found I didn't own any enamel dots that would match well...I made my own! I punch out a variety of small dots and put a drop of Ranger Glossy Accents on them. It only took a minute (plus drying time) and they match my colour scheme perfectly. I'd never thought of doing this before. And in my case it's not just to save a few bucks on enamel dots ...it's the $200 dollars worth of pretty stuff I see once I'm at my favourite store! You know what I mean!
