I had a hard time getting good coverage with my stamp pad. Used a brayer, and it was better.....then went over it with a wet paint brush, and got the look I was going for. Both the tomato and stem are popped up, and I spattered the front of the card before I used the corner rounder
The saying is:
"KNOWLEDGE is knowing a tomato is a fruit.
WISDOM is knowing it doesn't go in a fruit salad."
P.S. Have added a saying to my card of the fox yesterday if you want to check.

Of course, that tomato had to be perfectly RED!!! Such a cute sentiment and love this CAS card, Anne.

Great use of sequins and a very tasty looking tomato. Actually I'm very partial to tomato with melon and a bit of cucumber - but I suppose I don't call it a fruit salad and I do use regular salad dressing. I don't know if it still is, but the tomato used to be the emblem of Guernsey in the Channel Islands - their milder climate meant it was a good crop to grow. All the tourist shops used to sell soft toy tomatoes, there were some very cute ones. And of course yours is red. I like the golden yellow ones .

Haha! Love it! Although I’m pretty sure my Raleigh wouldn’t mind a tomato in his fruit salad. That kid eats tomatoes like candy! I’m off to find out what your fox card says...
