The rose is a two-step stamping set. I first stamped the darker parts three times on my Stampin' Up! (SU) Stamapratus stamp positioner using SU Blushing Bride ink. Then I aligned the lighter stamp and stamped it only once using the same ink. The rose leaves were also two-step stamps which I stamped using SU Mint Macaron ink.
The leaves and rose were fussy cut using paper snips, being careful to try and leave a 0.04" border of white around all edges.
The zig-zag main pattern panel is from the 2014 retired SU "Watercolor Wonder" designer series paper. It is cut to 4"x 5.25" so that a small border of the SU Night of Navy cardbase shows all around. The center vertical strip is the same dark blue.
The rose blossom was mounted on the card front using adhesive foam strips to raise it up a bit for added depth. The three leaves where tucked under the rose using mini glue dots to raise them up just a tiny bit.
The sentiment is from SU "Petite Pairs", and was stamped with the same green as the leaves. The sentiment was then die cut using the SU "Layering Ovals" set. The white oval was glued to the pink scalloped oval, then a double layer of glue dots were put on the back to raise it just a bit off the card front.
This card was pretty easy (except for the fussy cutting), so I am rating its difficulty level as a "1" out of a possible "5". Using the stamp positioner made stamping a breeze!
