I KNOW our tea party recipient, Tonda, will like this bar scene, as she asked me several years ago if we could do a trade, and of course we did. I always think using stickers is cheating in the stamping world, but the scale was so perfect, I had to do it. Maybe my saving grace is that this is my first ever easel card. I like this simple, stand up format. I used the Scan N Cut to cut the little Leprechaun on sticker paper. Colored him with neon gel pens which matches the paper better than this scan shows. The sequined shamrock is a little too large, but hey, we all need a lot of luck, especially when on the mend. In contrast, there are teensie little shamrocks tone on tone behind it.

Your Irish bar is a hoot! You've got all the symbols covered...the horse shoe, the leprechaun, the pot of gold...LOL I'm sure she will get a chuckle when she opens this. What a fun card for Tonda.

Lori, I love your Irish bar. Stickers are a fabulous embellishment, I would use them too if they looked half as terrific as this. You are going to bring list of smiles to our sweet Tonda.

That is one very cool Irish bar, fantastic stamp and certainly, leprechaun and pot if gold aside, I've seen some like it. Easels are fun to make (so long as you know the recipient understands how to display them, a given with Tonda), but to capture the dimension in a scanner is as elusive as that rainbow gold. Mind you, I recently saw the foot of a rainbow nearer to me than I have ever seen before.

I will cherish this card. You know I love the bar because it reminded me of my dads bar and he passed away on St. Patrick’s Day. This will go in my St. Patrick’s Day stuff in memory of my dad. Thanks for thinking of me. Still love that bar.
