This is for this weeks Teaparty. Come and join us encourage a couple going through a tough time. It is all about the open range and Horses. being for a couple I kept it more simple and it was fun to bring out this stamp haven hardly used it. Seems peaceful to me and I hope will for them too.
I just layered it and sponged the edges as added the different corners. I chose that sentiment as them being artists and having time together now even though a hard time that can bring us closer. they won't be able to go to their market, but maybe can work on some art together as she heals. I know as I craft time goes so fast and I think of this saying when I do it. so hope it can help them too.
Thanks for the visit. Off to see the neat gallery.

This is so beautiful Wanda. Your blending is superb and looks like suede. You sure added the perfect sentiment. Everything about this is fabulous 'sis'. Big hugs to you and de mama.

Awesome card with such a beautiful image. The brads finished it off in a great way.

That's such a super sentiment, Wanda. An encouragement to anybody feeling frustrated by enforced inactivity. I love the soft colours in your scene - they remind me of a lovely mug with horses which my mother brought back from the States. Alas, it chipped easily, but we still keep pens in it. Great corner treatment with the punching and brads.

Oh, Wanda, the thoughtfulness you put into your card for Sandy and Dave is so appreciated! The sentiment and artwork is perfect for them and absolutely beautiful with it's rich depth of colors. It looks like a old book cover and will certainly help them get through this challenging chapter in their lives. Thank you for touching my family.

This is gorgeous! I love that image and the background you've given them. The sponging gives a beautiful depth to your card and I really like the corner treatments. Wonderful rustic look to this creation.

My first thought was a classic leatherbound book. If that was the look you were going for you definitely achieved it. The image goes perfectly with the feel of the whole card. Nicely done.
