This is a card I cased from the June 2006 issue of Paper Made Easy, page 73. Designed by Sheryl Lindmeier - Fiskars. I did make subtle changes to my version. The colors can be changed to match school colors. Very cute IRL. Thanks for looking!

Yes, Soni B I did make the tassel using SU gold cord. I cut 41/2 inch lengths, folded in half leaving a small loop at top, wrapped and knotted another length of cord near top of tassel. Loop a 5-6 inch length around brad and string through loop at top of tassel, secure with a knot.Take the excess cord to back of cap, secure with tape and trim. I also used a mini adhesive dot behind the fringe of the tassel to keep in place. Trim the tassel to desired length. You can add pop dots to back of cap if you want added dimension. Might seem labor intensive but I like the finished look... THT...Thanks for the comment!
