Lisa is challenging us to create a card with water, or with water images or water coloring, in her Waters Edge Ways to Use It challenge. I got all three covered! I'm still using up my stash, so this is also for the USEIT2019 challenge.
I bought the Splashing Puddles die last year and am finally getting around to using it! Die cut watercolor paper. Sprayed the panel with water and brushed on Stormy Sky Distress Ink. Sprayed another watercolor panel with water and sprinkled on watercolor powder. Dried the panels and layered them. The ducks are from my pre-colored stash. I fussy cut them, sponged ink on their bottoms so it looked like they were in the water and adhered to the panel. Die cut the clouds and stamped the sentiment. TFL

Great use of the almost-cover-all die cut to create this fun rainy day scene, Carla. Wonderful coloring on the ducks. I like how you put the sentiment in the rain clouds.

Carl a, this rainy day scene is delightful! I love the way you used the die cut, with the big splash. Lovely die cut duckies and I love the sentiment riding in the clouds.
