Today's colors were perfect for a birthday card I need for our cousin. The flowers and leaves were stamped with versamark, embossed with detail white ep and the color added. I stamped the hearts in raspberry fizz and used tumbled glass distress ink and a dauber to add blue for the BG. Added some striped paper for accent, the sentiment stamped, die cut and popped up with foam tape over the ribbon.

I thought about using white ep on my image today but chickened out. Lol So glad to see somebody else used it though. Pretty card, Sue....it reminds me of wall paper. Love the scattered pink hearts among the pretty yellow blooms~

A lovely birthday card for your cousin, Sue. I especially like the light airy feeling you achieved with your stamping and softly daubed bg color. She will LOVE it!

Like the pattern you stamped and that striped strip up the side looks great with it.

I love that you made your own background with these small stamps! The pattern turned out so light and airy, but the colors make the images pop. Very sweet!

Sue, your card is so Spring-y! Your cousin will love it. We are hoping (against hope) that we will get rid of all our snow. I'm sure there are crocus, daffy's and tulips under there, somewhere!!
