Hello. I made some mini Easter baskets from scraps of DSP and cardstock. The finished basket size is 1-3/4" x 1-1/4" x 7/8", not including the handle.
Basket: Cut paper to 3"x3-1/2", scoring 7/8" on all four sides. I scored a diagonal line in the corners, then pinched and folded them to the outside, toward the center sides. The diagonal corners can be glued to secure them to the sides of the basket.
Trim: I used some narrow edging trim from the laser-cut specialty paper to fit all around the top of the basket.
Handle: Cut cardstock 1/4" x 5-1/2". I secured it to the sides of the basket with a brad and little flower punched from the Bitty Blooms punch pack.
Embellishments: I decorated the baskets with coordinating ribbon and some little butterflies.
