 | | This is my sample for CC728. I am your hostess this week and I chose call me clover, basic black & gold for the color trio. Dessert Option this week is anything goes. And, I am encouraging you to think out of the box for the dessert option.
I wanted to make a St Patrick's Day card for a good friend of mine. Since I knew I was going to use a pot of gold, I also wanted a rainbow. So I decided the rainbow and sponged clouds would be my dessert.
For the card details: I used the Stampin'-Up rainbow builder framelits for the rainbow. The colors are the ones in the rainbow (remember RoyGBiv- LOL)!
The pot of gold, leprechaun hat, shamrock, lucky horseshoe and gold coins are all CottageCutz St Patrick's Day dies. They are cut in the challenge colors I selected.
The sentiment in the clouds is from the Verge Lucky Day digi set.
Well that's my sample for this week. I hope you can play along with us. Check out the other DT cards for other ideas for inspiration.
