I took my inspiration from a card that Stamper Camper made a long time ago, and made it my own. I used a lot of water on the base, added ink with the AquaPainter, and then moved the water around quite a bit to get the effect I wanted. You can't see the little clear Heart Epoxy Droplets (here and IRL) but they are such a sweet touch. The background layer is a shiny Lovely Lipstick paper.
