I loved the sharp CAS layout. I thought the mountains and water reminded me of her cupcake shapes. I am stuck on my color combo from my previous cards, but needed to add in a couple more to complete these two. I kept a lot of the same layout, but changed the colors, stamps and theme.
Hope you enjoy your week Heejung!
Also going to add this to the CAS challenge - thirds - use 1/3 of your card (the one on the right more so).

Both cards are gorgeous, but I love the light woodgrain texture in the card on the left. I am impressed you were able to translate Heejung's lovely cupcake card into this wonderful mountain scene. You are tempting me into wanting this stamp set now. ~Karen.

Oh, both cards are awesome, Mich! This set which I have, but has not seen ink yet, has been in my mind lately. So, thanks for the inspiration.
Great take on both challenges. Into my faves!

Very nice cards, Michelle! Lovely sympathy card on the right, I like that you kept it cleaner and simpler than the card on the left; which is perfect for a friend!

Just spotted this one in your gallery...oh, my goodness, these cards are noteworthy! I love your interpretation of the inspiration piece, and that card on the left, with the delicate Woodgrain background paper totally sings to my soul. Popping this one in to my Favs AND bookmarks, it’s that special. Thanks for the inspiration!
