I inked my embossing folder with the distress oxide ink and then run through the embossing machine. Then I smeared gold metallic ink with the edge of a scrap of paper and then smeared it across the top of the embossed bg. I glued on cut out dp roses, the tag and the punched heart onto the front.

Liz this is beautiful! It's really fun to see how everyone interprets this challenge. Your gold rubbed embossing goes so well with the roses...it has a wonderful vintage feel to it. The little latticed heart is a great accent. Love this!

Liz (my daughter's name is Liz), this reminds me of some of my grandpa's vintage Valentines. How lovely. I love the grungy background with the dainty roses and hearts. super contrast!

This is a mix beauty! I love the way you left areas 'un~adorned'.
And those DP roses are so fashionable. The Fleur de lis metal bg brings it all together. This card makes me smile.
