| | I made this card for 2 challenges. The first challenge is the Alphabet challenge for the letter V. The V in my card is for Viceroy. This is a type of butterfly that is native to North America and has coloring very similar to a Monarch butterfly: https://www.google.com/search?source...31.5gix5V5oqqo. The 2nd challenge is the Ways To Use It Challenge. Cathy is our hostess and she has chosen the theme of fancy folds. I thought and thought and thought how to make my butterfly work with a fancy fold card and I finally came up with the pop out swing card design. The sparkly frame is made using 2 square dies. The butterfly was colored with copic markers, then the top is glued to the bottom layer. This is the outside of the card and the next photo will show the inside fancy fold better. Thanks for looking today. ~Karen. |
