Susie is our hostess for the MMTPT552 Arman of Avalon TPT challenge - check it out to see our destination.
I went with the food option and tried last week's Acetate Tent Card tutorial to see if I could make a regular size card combining the chef and the stove. Not totally successful, but it will do.
I followed the tutorial, scored the back around the stove and pieced in some paper for the floor. Stamped, coloured and fussy-cut the chef. Drew his moustaches onto the acetate, then had to get alcohol and wipe them off again because I had to move him over so that his toque didn't totally obscure the "you" in the sentiment. I'll make an envelope and mail this tomorrow.

Super cute and creative! That tent card looks so cool with your chef...you made me laugh about drawing the mustache and then having to remove it...hehe

I really want to try the Tent Card and you really inspired me! This is a great card for the challenge with so many fab ideas and details like the floor and stars. Maybe that chef can whip you up some soothing chicken soup. Be well.

Oh how I admire those that can pull of these types of cards. Arman is going to love this - with all the different things to look at in the kitchen. Great scene.
