I still have the balloons going on but different dsp and die cuts. Funny story, I meant for the candle paper (see the little inset photo where it shows the card "closed" or more closed anyway) to be on the front. But, me being me, I cut the paper the wrong way for that so had to go with the balloons on the front and the candles more in the background. That meant I had to re-think my decoration for the front.
I used a Pool Party base and decided to mat my sentiment panel with Bermuda Bay - just a very narrow mat. I had the hardest time deciding which way to orient the outside decoration - straight with the outside or straight with the inside sentiment?!
Thank you, Sally, for the push to try a twist gate fold card. It was fun and I hope you have enjoyed your week.
Thanks for looking!

Catherine, this is gorgeous! I love your colour and paper choices. What a great job you did on this special fold card. It looks quite difficult. Straight with the outside was the right choice for your balloon paper.

Love that twine as your string for the balloon. I think your card is perfect and I believe we are our worst critics! This is such a fun card for the recipient. It is always worth the extra effort. Love your card! Thank you for being part of my special week. I love the attention!
