This is my sample for SC736. Diane is our hostess and she provided a great sketch for us.
Well, Valentine's Day is here tomorrow and I am just making my hubby's card. I made about 8 other cards but they were all given away. But, I don't have to mail this one. It will be waiting for him on Thursday morning before I leave for Pre-School.
So for the deets on my card. I wanted to make a card where the theme was the key to my heart. My stamp is from PTI as is the large key my bear is holding.
I stamped my sentiment around the side of my large red heart. With the clear photopolymer stamps its easy to bend it to the shape you want, and then it goes right back to the original form.
My bear & love phrase are both dies from CottageCutz. The background designer paper is from BoBunny. I like the somewhat distressed look of it.
I used black satin ribbon for element 3 of the sketch.

Lovely Valentine's Day card! I love the way you curved the sentiment to follow the shape of the heart. Your bear is very cute - how great that you had the perfect key for him to hold! Great card!

Mary this is cute - I love your teddy bear with the heart and key, what a sweetie he is. I love your papers, and the 'Love' too.
