It's time for a new Color Challenge! Barbara is hosting and has chosen Balmy Blue, Peekaboo Peach and Early Espresso with a dessert option to add butterflies. No dessert for me this week as I actually forgot until I was uploading my card!!
The blue and peach colors reminded me of a morning sky, so I went with ink blending a panel and adhering the deer oval die cut from dark brown woodgrain paper. It was popped up on a stenciled panel where a strip of burlap ribbon had been adhered, then entire piece was added to the peach card base.
Thanks for looking and I hope you'll join the Color Challenge this week!

Stef, this sunrise scene just glows with the promise of a new day! I love the ink blending and the deer silhouette against the stenciled background. Just beautiful!

Stunning card, Stef. I love that deer die and your sky is AWESOME! What a wonderful idea and also your extra details like the rustic ribbon really add to this. Super card. I love it. Hugz
