I took the tissue paper WT challenge today and followed this tutorial Tissue Paper Watercolor Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I used yellow and green re-inkers to create my first background and let it dry while I went for blues, pinks and taupe colours for another background. Once dry I spray glued to a white panel, created a die cut frame and popped up with foam tape. Used the green tissue paper to die cut leaves and more by luck than judgement my finished background was similar to Berry Burst - hence the frilly double bow. Die cut the words and added a few sequins. I loved trying something new, got inky fingers, and didn't even need to lie down in a darkened room! Result!

The gold sentiment looks beautiful against the rich, warm colours. You really went the extra mile making two pieces to use; the leaves are beautifully variegated.

This is really gorgeous. I love the colors you achieved, the beautiful hanging leaves with fancy bow, and the elegant gold sentiment. I loved reading how much fun you had making this gorgeous card. ~Karen.
