ABC10U24: the letter for today is U. My U is a bird I have never heard of, the umbrella bird! I found a clip art image of one, printed it, and colored it lightly with Prismacolor pencils. I also sponged around the image.
I used today's sketch for my card and chose this color scheme so I could this Pacific Point panel that I made when I first got my Tufted ef.
The umbrella bird is popped up with dimensionals.

Ha!! You know you had me at yellow and then combo with blue it really is a beautiful combo . Umbrella bird Interesting !! We learn something new everyday. I have heard of it and almost thought it was close cousin to our native NeNe but totally far from . Your image is wonderful - it looks like an etching from an old naturalist portfolio! Yellow and blue is such a great colour combination. I love your embossed background in that beautiful blue!

The embossing looks fabulous in the background and your sketch is right on. Your card is beautiful and I love that you did some research and found an image for the U challenge. Kudos to you!
