| | I made this card for this week's Feature Stamper who is Joyce Whitman (aka Cookielady01). Joyce has a terrific gallery and when I spotted this fabulous card, I simply had to CASE it: Blizzard Thinlits as a Embosser by Cookielady01 at Splitcoaststampers. Joyce used a wonderful embossing folder for her background. I used a snowflake cling stamp and heat embossed it, then sponged ink in. This snowflake bg stamp was a surprise gift from a wonderful friend and I was having fun playing with it. Then I added the glittery snowbanks and the word die (instead of stamping the sentiment). Joyce, thank you for the wonderful inspiration. I had so much fun making this card and it would not have gotten made if I had not seen your fabulous inspiration card. Thanks for looking today. ~Karen. |
