Stef is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and her color choices are an answer to a maiden's prayer! She chose Night of Navy, Blushing Bride, Very Vanilla and a metallic of choice, with the dessert option of using a die-cut or punched element.
The reason I was so excited when I saw these colors is that I fell in love with the Simon Says Stamp monthly kit from October 2017 (yes, 2017!), bought it right away, even ordered extra packs of this gorgeous paper, and then--yep, you guessed it--haven't used it! The colors in the kit are exactly this week's colors, including the rose gold metallic foil sheet and the navy embossing powder in the kit. So yes, this card kinda made itself!
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

Well, if you read my card comments, I chose these colors because of these pattern papers, so I find it hilarious that we both used them, but glad you had a reason to do so! Your card looks lovely with the die cut flowers highlighting those on the paper and the wide borders showing the navy underneath!

Barbara, I love that paper - I so see why you bought extra packs! Wonderful flower dies, framing and gems totally make this pop. A super Birthday card for sure. I know how fun it is when a card comes together to quickly and looks fab like this. Hugz
