A big congrats to Joyce, the newest Featured Stamper! She has a wonderful gallery & I chose THIS to case. I really liked the tree silhouette w/ the square behind it so I kept those. But I used die cuts instead of images, added some layers here & there & made mine a Christmas card.
This is one of those âvery hard to photographâ cards because of the mirror gold paper. Itâs so wonderful IRL, but the camera just canât get it. The tree, snowflake, backing layers & snowdrift hills were all cut out of mirror gold. For the snowdrift hills I also used an embossing folder to add the snow dots. The Believe part of the greeting was gold embossed & the rest was stamped w/ twilight (navy) Versaclair ink. Yep, the Misti really came in handy for that!
Thanks so much for looking. Closeups, the inside & product links are on my blog: The Write Stuff

This was my choice to case from Joyce's gallery as well! I love your elegant version. The blue and gold look stunning together! I love the way you did the sentiment in the two colours. Super card!
