For the F4A portion, I used a piece of watercolor paper that I had embossed with EP using SS's grid stamp. Never did anything with it until today. Since Lydia's challenge used watercolor paper, I thought "why not?"
I don't own any gouache paints, so I used Lydia's suggestion of using thinned white acrylic paint with reinkers as a substitute. Worked well.

Wow I'll say it worked well! This card is gorgeous with that soft bg you made using your flower colors like flowers in the bg out of focus...LOVE that look, I've tried but never successfully like yours!! Love the embossed grid too! Gosh, that reminds me of a ton of cards panels started and never finished...I should get busy! LOL! Thanks for playing Sallie!

Uber cool and so in your lane, Sallie! Your cards never fail to inspire me to play...and mostly end in my stash drawer...not looking ethereal. The vibrant colors are lovely.
