Using a PTI frame die, I made a stencil. Laying that on white CS, I sponged on inks in gradating tones. When that was dry, I used Shimmer Goodness to give the dots and central panel a pearly sheen. Then I removed the stencil and completed the main panel.

Great idea to use the die for a stencil and make those shimmery dots. Love the cake, too. Looks like a party, for sure.
