It's Tickle a Teapotter time, Jean (jkanack) is the guest hostess. Her fun challenge "If You Build It..." was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. I'm still working on my goal to use at least one stash item on each of my cards. This card is 75% stash!!
I immediately thought of this AI Windows to the World City image in my colored images stash. The park bench reminds me of the beautiful clean lines of his furniture. Unfortunately, it had an ink oopsie in the sentiment border. After some additional shading with colored pencils, I trimmed it to just the image. Stamped it on the card base, adhered the colored section and framed with a die cut window. Scored a strip of kraft to mat a sentiment from my stash. TFL

oh Carla, I love this. I want to crawl through that window and live there. how enchanting. congrats on the stash. i too am using more, little by little, although sometimes by using some stash, then i have created scraps. Stash to scraps, ashes to ashes, dust to dust.

Very creative...I love the open window design looking at this wonderful city scene. And your framing has its own clean line style. Beautifully done Carla!

Carla, the dimension you created with your window into the part is wonderful. I feel like I am looking into your heart. And I haven't mentioned the beautiful sky behind those skyscrapers.
Great take on the FLW.

Oh, wow! Carla, this is absolutely exquisite, and I also zoomed in and looked at the scene carefully. It reminds me a bit of Central Park in NYC. Such a stunning card with the window frame and the wonderful sentiment that is so true. I also love the sentiment die at the bottom. Love how you've achieved the "If You Build It..." theme. Truly a beautiful card and one that a special Teapotter will love!
