Congrats to Susan, the featured stamper this week. This lovely card inspired me to make a card this morning...Canopy of Flowers by LoveRibbons at Splitcoaststampers
My changes were:
made a Christmas card instead of anniversary card.
used waterbased markers instead of alcohol markers.
I have some mistakes on this one but not going to point them out, lol.
I applied the markers to the stamp using the Misti. I also realized I had a zig blender so I used that to move a bit of color around on the ornaments and make them look a bit muted. I used the blender on the branches as well. I had to move the stamp around on my Misti to just stamp some branches on either side of the image which was a bit taxing for my poor brain, but I think it looks alright. tfl

What a beautiful Christmas card this is Shirl. I am super impressed you took Susan's wonderful card design and translated it into this wonderfully charming Christmas card. I love the shimmer paper, and the red and blue dainty ornaments that coordinate perfectly with the red and blue cardstock too. Your moving the pine branch stamp around makes this look really realistic Shirl. No mistakes here.... ~Karen.

Well, I think it looks better than alright, it is lovely, Shirl! Your branches are so pretty and those ornaments are fabulous. I love the font on the sentiment too.
