Today we've been asked to create a Valentine/Love card without hearts ... that's a heartless challenge! I went for a card that could be sent to a dear friend. Die cut one half of the die set into the top panel and created a faux doily - popped up with foam pads. Stamped the mug on Sara Davies paper, embossed with clear EP before fussy cutting. Decided to keep to red for the cream, fussy cut and popped up with a foam pad. Stamped and cut out the sentiment, slipping it just under the mug - because I had no where else for it ... silly me!

The Half die cut opening is an inspired way to give the illusion of a doily under that pretty piece of porcelain. I like the way you kept the red ink on the whipped cream - I think anything else would have been to harsh . . .

Love how you made use of your die and the open spaces. I love how that pretty cup comes up through hole. Fabulously done!
