Marge has many beautiful cards in her gallery! This is the one that inspired me. Spring flowers birthday card by Marge Yoon at Splitcoaststampers

I used the same technique but changed my flower to a poinsettia and spattered with water to remove color instead of add it. I also used a piercing tool to add a bit of a pattern to the BG.

What a beautiful poinsettia card, Pat ! Your background is fabulous ! It has traditional holiday colors but the total look is very unique and beautiful as well. Love how you made poinsettia by coloring on vellum, which I didn't think of . Maybe in the next holiday season, I'll have to CASE this
