It's Nellie! I haven't used her in nearly 6 years! She deserved to come out. And, I just happened upon this use it sight, so I'm adding this card to this new to me gallery also. Here is what I found for today's IC challenge.
I colored with water color pencils and used a blender pen to smooth. Sponged the bottom and edges of dp panel. Image is popped up, added a piece of hardware to the corner and twine to the bottom. Thanks for stopping by! ~Roberta

Aw, Nellie the Nest Lady! I haven't seen her in forever and she's just as cute as always. I love the way you've colored her with her plaid dress. The checked paper and twine adds to the sweet country feel.
